Roast garlic with rosemary

A simple recipe for roast garlic. Perfect for a winter’s evening.

Slice the top off. Drizzle with olive oil, making sure most goes inside. Season. Sprinkle with rosemary. Wrap tightly in foil. Place in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius (fan) for an hour.
