Espresso Martini Ice Cream

Espresso martini ice cream made using double cream, Kahlua coffee liqueur, condensed milk and espresso coffee and finished in an ice cream maker.


500ml double cream

1 tin (397g) condensed milk

2 double espressos

50 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur


Mix the cream and condensed milk. Add coffee and Kahlua. Whisk until thick and creamy.

Pour into ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
