Cook all these ingredients and leave to marinade overnight
Onions, fried
Ghee
Chicken, cut into bits
Coriander, teaspoon
Turmeric, teaspoon
Garlic powder, teaspoon
Chilli powder, teaspoon
Creamed coconut, half block
Cumin, small amount
Garam Masala, small amount
Add these ingredients and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes
Tinned tomatoes, strained
Tomato puree
Creamed tomatoes
Cream
Lemon juice
Top with chopped coriander.
